The caretaker, Chaviraj is incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. And he’s a fabulous cook too – in case you wish to use the add on service of a home cooked meal. A perfect holiday and the villa made it memorable. Everything is as per the pictures and the pool is the icing on the cake. Super super clean; location is ideal and we loved our bike rides to nearby beaches. Karan and Arun were great to interact and the Villa care taker was extremely responsive. There are really great restaurants near this Villa and we loved the recommendations from Karan. Also, dont miss the food preperations by their chef. If you need bike/scooter for your stay; it comes right at your doorstep, very convenient. We would definitely come back and stay !!!

The property has a fantastic swimming pool where our entire group had fun. Also, the property is huge. One can make use of the bonfire setting in the property during winter which is a cool addition. The caretaker was kind enough to serve us pakodas and bhajiyas along with chai whenever we needed. We we given Poha for breakfast. We ordered lunch and dinner from a local restaurant which took 30-45 mins to deliver (keep in mind it was raining throughout and the roads get difficult to drive). Barring a few cleanliness and/or maintenance issues which was promptly addressed by the caretaker, overall, we had a very good time. Thank you for the hospitality and prompt service! Best wishes.

One of the best Airbnb’s I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Such a beautiful home and the perfect holiday getaway! Spend the day by the pool, then you can eat on the rooftop for those balmy Goa nights. An absolute treat to stay in and we were made to feel welcome straight away. It was my fiancé’s birthday while in the villa and he was given flowers and chocolates, which was such a lovely touch. Karan was the best possible host and I cannot recommend his villa enough.
